Каждый Казахстанец может подать обращение в государственные органы напрямую, без очередей и бюрократических задержек! Для этого достаточно воспользоваться системой электронных обращений eOtinish (https://eotinish.kz).
Главным оператором системы электронных обращений eOtinish является Госкорпорация «Правительство для граждан», разработчиком платформы является компания BTS Digital.
Подача обращения происходит в режиме он-лайн. После подачи обращения есть возможность отслеживать обращение до получения ответа. Можно обжаловать ответ и подать иск в суд.
Популярные обращения: Ямы на дороге, проблемы с интернетом, жалоба на товары и услуги, защита прав потребителей финансовых услуг.

Согласно АППК, госорганы по обязаны предоставить ответ на обращение в течение 15 рабочих дней.
Госорганам система поможет улучшить взаимодействие с населением, более чутко реагировать на поступающие жалобы, четче видеть проблематику города или региона и активнее вовлекаться в разрешение текущих проблем населения.
